How many students attend the event?

The event typically hosts a large group of Belgium Campus iTversity students across multiple year levels and programmes. Attendance varies each year, but companies can expect strong student participation and a diverse mix of talent.

No. There is no fee for companies to attend Industry Connect. The event is designed to strengthen industry partnerships and provide organisations with direct access to emerging talent.

Companies are welcome to bring multiple representatives. We recommend a small team that can comfortably engage with students, answer questions, and represent your organisation’s brand and opportunities effectively.

We encourage companies to bring any materials that support meaningful engagement with students. This may include branded banners, pull‑ups, brochures, presentations, promotional items, or project displays. You are also welcome to showcase real‑world work, internship opportunities, or technology your organisation uses.

Programming (Python, Java, C#, SQL), full‑stack development, data analytics, machine learning fundamentals, networking, cloud basics, systems analysis, agile teamwork, and real‑world project delivery.

At Belgium Campus iTversity’s Pretoria and Stellenbosch campuses, giving companies access to IT talent in Gauteng and the Western Cape.

Students complete applied projects, work in agile teams, and use industry‑aligned technologies, enabling them to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Yes. Students from any Belgium Campus iTversity location are welcome to attend the Stellenbosch Industry Connect event. You may need to arrange your own travel and accommodation, but you are fully encouraged to participate and engage with companies in the Western Cape.
