I have obtained a Bachelor of Psychology (BPsych Honors equivalent) degree from Midrand Graduate Institute of Higher Education. I use a variety of psychosocial interventions to help students thrive. I offer individual, group and family counselling. I offer short term supportive counselling and psychoeducation. My focus is on individual counselling with careful attention to learning disabilities and other disabilities such as autism that can have an impact on a person’s learning abilities.  The aim of these sessions is to offer preventative and accessible health initiatives to all students.

The primary goal of counselling is to ensure the individual is content with their environment and thierself.  I provide psychological assessments that screen for mental health issues, personality profiling and psychoeducational assessments to help students with various learning abilities easily adjust to higher education and eventually their internships.

The inventions that I gravitate towards are solution focused therapy, gestalt therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am often focused on providing support for students who have been diagnosed with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and psychosis.
