HOW TO REGISTER AND ENROL
Becoming a Student: Your Step-by-step Guide
Follow these steps to secure your space to study IT at Belgium Campus iTversity.
STEP 1
Create a profile on the Apply Now section of our website.
You will receive an email to verify your email address.
STEP 2
Log in to the Applicant Portal.
Fill in all your information under the Applicant Profile tab.
Step 3
Click the Application Form dropdown.
Complete the Tuition Application Form & upload a copy of your final GR11/ GR12 (or equivalent) results.
Complete the Residence Application Form, if applicable.
Submit your application.
STEP 4
Check the Status tab to see the outcome of your application.
If successful, select your preferred qualification.
You will receive a (conditional) acceptance letter via email.
STEP 5
Secure your space by paying the respective registration fee(s) & uploading the final supportive documents under the Supporting Documents tab.
YOUR APPLICATION IS COMPLETE!
You will receive proof of registration and your invoice via email.
Once proof of registration is received, complete the following steps to gain access to your class schedule to begin your academic journey with us.
STEP 1
Log in to the Application Portal.
Click the Manage Payer button under the Status tab.
Complete the Payer Finalisation Form (includes choosing your payment option).
Await approval.
STEP 2
Depending on your approved payment option, you must complete the following actions to be enrolled:
Once-Off
No further action is needed.
Instalments
Complete the Instalment Application under the Application Form dropdown.
Enrolment pending credit check approval.
Corporate Sponsorship
Submit a Proof of Corporate Sponsorship document.
Student Loan Assistance
Student Hero will assist you with your loan process.
Submit a Proof of Student Loan document.
Student Loan
Submit a Proof of Student Loan document.
