Our Hybrid Model

Our hybrid model consists of five layers.

0 .

Governance & Strategy

Hybrid delivery is embedded in institutional policy and resourcing, so it remains a sustainable, mission‑driven approach that widens participation rather than deepens divides.

‎ ‎

0 .

Learning Spaces

(AI‑Enhanced & Connected)

Physical classrooms, virtual platforms, and asynchronous resources form one integrated ecosystem. AI tools are used to personalise learning and inform teaching while maintaining inclusivity and affordable access.

‎ ‎

0 .

Student Support

(Holistic Pathways)

Academic, technical, and wellbeing support is visible and embedded: Peer networks, multilingual resources, and accessible services ensure hybrid learners have a sense of belonging and progress well.

‎ ‎

‎‎

‎ ‎

Engagement Logic

(Hybrid LTA Model)

Learning, teaching, and assessment are sequenced intentionally: asynchronous preparation, high‑value synchronous contact (online or in-person), and guided application through projects and labs. Modules follow a recognisable structure, so hybrid study feels reliable and progressive.

0 .

‎ ‎

Assessment

(Authentic & AI‑Aware)

Assessments are continuous, contextual, and designed to preserve integrity in an AI‑rich environment. Students learn ethical and critical AI use, so they graduate digitally literate and employable.

What does a hybrid model look like in practice?

We offer a variety of delivery formats tailored to each programme’s requirements, including in-person classes, live online sessions, self-paced asynchronous learning, block-release intensives, and dual delivery (simultaneous on-campus and online participation).

Technology & classroom experience

Experience real‑time interaction and collaborative learning from a computer and/or tablet. any device . Our classrooms combine multi‑camera feeds, intelligent video walls and cloud‑hosted resources so lecturers and remote students engage naturally.

Assessment, AI literacy & employability

Our assessments prioritise authentic tasks: projects, portfolios, labs and workplace integrated learning that mirror industry practice. We teach students how to use AI ethically and critically, and design assessment cycles that reward process, reflection and applied skills as much as outcomes.

Support & accessibility

We ensure hybrid learners are supported at every step: dedicated technical help, learning materials, inclusive classroom features, academic tutoring and wellbeing services. Hybrid delivery at Belgium Campus iTversity is about belonging as much as content.
