Aviation Safety in Single Propellor Airplanes

The project enhances single-prop aviation safety with real-time weather data.

The project focuses on enhancing aviation safety in single-prop airplanes by developing an automated weather observation system that provides real-time environmental data, including temperature, humidity, and light intensity. Single-prop aircraft are more vulnerable to sudden weather changes due to their design and lack of direct feedback inside the cockpit.

The solution involves using Arduino, sensors, and ESP32 to detect and capture weather data, which is then sent to a web server accessible to pilots. The system alerts pilots when conditions exceed safe thresholds, allowing them to make informed decisions.
