DAY 1
9:00 Arrival and coffee.
9:15 Introduction to Robot Races.
9:30 Receiving of equipment.
9:45 Introduction to electronics/robotics.
10:15 Short break.
10:30 Start robot racer assembly.
12:00 Lunch.
13:00 Big robot demo.
13:30 Continue robot racer assembly.
14:45 Round up.
15:00 Day end.
DAY 2
9:00 Arrival and coffee.
9:15 Discuss the race circuit for the challenge.
9:30 Introduction to basic programming.
10:15 Short break.
10:30 Program your robot racer.
12:00 Lunch.
13:00 Finalise programming.
13:30 Warm-up lap on the circuit.
13:45 Final adjustments.
14:00 Robot racer challenge starts.
14:45 Prize giving and photo opportunity.
15:30 Day end.
Ts & Cs
You must pay the full R1500 to attend the event.
You have two payment options:
• Pay the full amount by 2 June.
• Pay a non-refundable R750 deposit by 2 June to secure your space. Settle the remaining R750 balance at our campus reception on 12 June.
